I’m frustrated and angered by people… dumb people. Of course when you talk about politics it’s very easy for people to irritate and anger.
What is pissing me off is people are looking at Obama and the idea of a nationalized healthcare as Communist. They’re complaining about Obama’s spend, spend, spend ideas. I don’t feel there is a need to defend Obama’s policies. Hell I’ll admit that some of the ideas are socialist (not really communist though). I think it’s kind of dumb that the US has one of the worst heathcare systems of the Western world, are we so short sighted that we don’t want to look at WHAT FUCKING WORKS IN OTHER DEMOCRATIC COUNTRIES? You call Obama a Communist, but your “boy” Bush has pushed through things like the Patriot Act which gives the government the ability to majority fuck with your life if they want to. Or how about No Fly Lists? Obama is looking to make lives better, who’s life is better because of the Patriot Act?
As for spending… McCain talks about freezes and not increasing taxes, but in the next breath he talks about how he’s going to spend money on shit. Everyone needs to face it, the country is not going to get through the next ten years easily. We can’t sit on our asses and hope for the best. THIS IS GOING TO COST US, it doesn’t matter if it’s McCain or Obama we’re screwed when it comes to money and taxes. We can only hope that there’s fairness here, I’ll cough up my share, but I don’t want to feel like I’m paying an unfair amount (of course if there was any fairness in this world, those who voted Bush into office twice should be forced to pay more than the rest of us). YOU ASSHOLES WHO VOTED FOR BUSH screwed us, screwed our children, and probably their children.
Here’s the bottom line, the US is dangerously close to losing it’s power in the world arena. We’ve extended ourselves to thin due to incompetence and greed. We need to bring things in, take care of ourselves before we try to get knee deep in the shit again. We need to stop worrying about the terrorists around every corner (don’t you idiots realize that Al Queda has screwed this country with the government shit that we eat on a daily basis now?)
IMHO this means that we need to get the fuck out of Iraq as quickly as possible. This means that the next president has to work his damnedest to restore the faith of the rest of the world. This means that we need to reverse our huge national debt. It’s all going to be hard work.
I almost want McCain to win just so these Fucktards can see how far he can fuck up our country… Assholes.
