So I spent a little time today investigating getting PHP to grab stuff off a POP3 server. I actually made some progress (although as usual there is more to be done). My idea is that I can take pictures (and even text message) from my phone to my blog by sending them to a special email box. I think I might stick with something like that if it’s automated (so that I can take a picture and easily choose “send” on the phone). Now I just have to figure out how to decode the raw image data stored in an email!
On another note, I’ve now had the Subaru for 24 hours and I have to say I’m enjoying it (for the most part) quite a bit. I think it could be the best car I’ve ever owned. I’ll get into more of a “review” of it in a couple days (maybe tomorrow), for now I just want to experience the “new car”.
